We plumped for Option 2 as outlined in the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) Regulations Review 2023 consultation but have argued Option 3 ‘could be viable’ if small schemes are excused the £10,000 flat charge if they have appointed an accredited professional trustee, with the governance boost this delivers.
